Soft Lithography Fabrication
New Shared Experimental Facility

The MRSEC sponsored construction of a new clean-room facility specifically for soft lithography, a widely used fabrication technology originally developed in the Center. The new soft lithography clean room is fully operated by students and postdoctoral fellows that serves both MRSEC researchers and the broader research community. It already has over 100 users.
